What We Fix

Your pipeline isn't a strategy problem. It's a systems problem.

Most GTM failures trace back to the same set of infrastructure gaps. We've seen them all.

No repeatable outbound motion

You have SDRs but no system. Every rep does it differently. Sequences go stale. There's no signal on what works.

CRM is a graveyard

Contacts fall through. Deals rot in pipe. No-one trusts the data so no-one uses it. Forecasting is fiction.

ICP is too broad

You're talking to everyone. Win rates are low. CAC is climbing. You know you need focus but don't know what to cut.

Slow handoffs burning deals

Marketing qualifies a lead, sales sits on it for three days. The moment has passed. Revenue evaporates on the way to the phone.

AI is all hype, no output

You've tried ChatGPT for prospecting. It's generic. Your team doesn't use it. Automation feels like a distraction, not a lever.

Reporting without clarity

You have dashboards but no insight. The board asks a question you can't answer. You know something is wrong but not what.

What We Build

Four practice areas. One coherent system.

We don't sell playbooks. We build working infrastructure and hand it over with the keys.

GTM Infrastructure

Full-stack commercial architecture. ICP definition, segmentation models, lead routing, SLA enforcement, and CRM data governance. Built to scale without the mess.

ICP Design Lead Routing CRM Architecture SLA Systems

Outbound Systems

Intent-triggered, multi-channel outbound with real personalization at scale. Clay workflows, LinkedIn sequences, email infrastructure, and deliverability architecture that hits the inbox.

Sales Enablement

Messaging architecture, discovery frameworks, objection handling, and deal review systems that make your reps dangerous. Not slide decks. Actual methodology.

How It Works

A clear path from onboarding to independence.

No guesswork, no ramp-up fog. You'll know exactly where we are and what's coming next.

Week 1–2

Discovery & Infrastructure

We align on your ICP, audit or build your email infrastructure, map your total addressable market, and design the campaign architecture. You get a clear roadmap from day one.

Week 3–4

Build & Launch

Copywriting, lead list building, automation workflows, and CRM configuration. First campaigns go live. Your team starts learning the system alongside us.

Month 2

Optimize & Transfer

We analyze performance, refine targeting and messaging, and begin structured knowledge transfer. Your team starts operating campaigns with our guidance.

Month 3+

Independence

Full documentation delivered. Your team runs the system. We remain available for support, but you don't need us. That's always been the point.

Results

What happens when the infrastructure actually works.

"We had hired two SDR managers, a RevOps consultant, and rebuilt HubSpot twice. Revnu came in, mapped the real problem in a week, and rebuilt our entire outbound motion. Three months later we were booking 4x the qualified calls with the same headcount."

Alex Solo

Alex Solo

CEO, Sprint Law

"I was skeptical of consultants after getting burned twice. What Revnu does differently is they actually build. Not decks, not workshops, not frameworks. Live infrastructure running in your tools by week four. The ROI conversation became easy."

Federico Paradiso

Federico Paradiso

Founder, AB1 Media

"Our CRM was a disaster. Reps hated using it. Forecasting was a joke. Revnu rebuilt our data model, automated the enrichment, and redesigned our pipeline stages. Win rate visibility went from guesswork to real-time."

Who We Are

We were operators first. Consultants second.

Revnu was founded by revenue leaders who spent a decade building commercial infrastructure inside growth companies, not advising on it from the outside. We've sat in the CRO seat, run the outbound motion, rebuilt the CRM on a deadline, and reported to the board when the numbers were wrong.

That experience shapes how we work. We don't write recommendations. We build systems. Then we make sure your team can run them without us.

We take a small number of engagements each quarter so every client gets a dedicated senior operator, not a staffed project team with a partner who shows up for kickoff and QBRs.

Frequently Asked

The questions we hear before every engagement.

What makes this different from hiring a RevOps consultant?
Most RevOps consultants audit, recommend, and leave. We build. Every engagement ends with live infrastructure running in your stack, not a 40-slide deck. We also only work with a small number of clients at once, so you're talking to the person who built your system, not a project coordinator.
What stage of company is this right for?
We work best with growth-stage companies, typically Series A through Series C, that have product-market fit but haven't systematized how they sell. You probably have reps, maybe a RevOps hire, and a CRM that isn't working the way it should. If you're pre-product, we're probably not the right fit yet.
How long does a typical engagement run?
Most core engagements run 10 to 14 weeks, depending on scope. Audit takes two weeks. Architecture and build happen in parallel sprints over the following 8 to 10 weeks. Transfer and activation is the final two weeks. We don't do open-ended retainers. Every engagement has a defined end state.
Do you replace our existing team or tools?
Neither. We work inside your existing stack and alongside your existing team. We're not there to prove your tools are wrong; we're there to make them work together. Rip-and-replace is almost never the answer and almost always sold by vendors, not operators.
What's the investment range?
Engagements are priced based on scope and company size. We don't publish rates because every situation is different. What we can tell you is that our pricing is fixed-fee, there are no ongoing fees after delivery, and the people you talk to are the people doing the work. We discuss this on the first call.
Why a waitlist? Can't I just reach out?
We intentionally limit the number of active engagements to four at a time. The waitlist is how we manage that. When a slot opens, we review recent applications and reach out to the highest-fit candidates. Joining the list is the fastest way to get on our radar for the next available slot.
